• Why are you extending my subscription?
  We want to make sure the protection for all your devices are covered for the same amount of time. Because the $10 purchases you 1 year of protection for each additional device, we extend the protection for your other devices just long enough that they are all protected for the same amount of time.
• How did you calculate the price for the extension?
  We only charge a prorated amount for the extension of your current subscription. For example, if your current subscription only has 6 months left and you originally paid $39.95, the extension would cost $19.97, which is 50% of $39.95.
• How does this work?
  You can purchase protection for your additional devices at this price and they will be included in your subscription. Your existing license key will be valid for all the devices in your subscription. And your subscription will be valid for one yearfrom the date you purchase the additional license(s).In some cases you will be provided a new license key. You will not need to enter this in any devices currently protected, but you will need to use this new license key to activate the new, additional devices.
• How many additional devices can I protect?
  As a Consumer, you can have up to 10 devices on your subscription. If you only have 1 device, you could purchase up to 9 additional licenses at this price. If you want to purchase more than 10 licenses, please talk to our Business Solutions team, so we can serve you best.
